Context Windows, operated by Chincha Consulting AS ("we", "us", or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) (the "DMCA").

If you believe that content available on or through Context Windows infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by following the instructions below.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing to our Designated Agent:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website (e.g., the URL of the page containing the material).
3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement of good faith that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement of accuracy, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information in writing to our Designated Agent:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts or access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
