They implemented BigQuery as an autoscaling data lake to consolidate 20 years of legacy data and integrated 300+ API services through Apigee to enable seamless partner communication. Additionally, they deployed Vertex AI and Cloud Natural Language API to deliver context-sensitive nudges and conversational assistants, transforming customer engagement, policy management, and claims analytics across the insurance value chain.
